Before you start your application for the Student Training there are a few things you should know:

WHEN CAN I APPLY?

1 Nov - 16 Jan, R500/person. Registration will be closed after 16 Jan.

Cancellation

In order to cancel your application for the Student Training, please email on or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. before ​17 Jan. No refunds after 17 Jan.

There will be a R40 processing fee for all refunds. 

WHO CAN APPLY?

  • Current university students
  • Recent university graduates
  • Serving ones coming to care for the students

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

The person attending should fill out his/her own application. Do not have someone apply for you.

Only completed, submitted, and paid applications will be considered for approval.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Please pay the full R500 with the Payfast link provided below. Only pay with EFT if its impossible to use Payfast.
  • To pay with EFT, you will need to upload the proof of payment to the form before you can submit it.
  • If someone is paying for you, you will need to provide their details on the form.

WHAT DO I NEED TO APPLY?

The application process takes 5 minutes using AirTable. The payment link is provided in the form.
Your application only completes after we acknowledge receipt of your payment.
